The Company was formed in 1989 by Michael Tims who has been based in central London for over twenty years. Formally a director of Debenham Tewson & Chinnocks (now DTZ Tie Leung) his aim was to establish a first class professional organisation with a broad cross-section of clients.

The Company has member status of the National Association of Estate Agents and is bound to their code of conduct. Such codes require member firms to have Professional Indemnity Insurance and a Client's Money Protection Scheme.

The head office of the Company is in the centre of Mayfair just off Grosvenor Square in Duke Street, from where the Company covers London and the South East of England.

With extensive international experience Michael Tims and Company expanded in 1998 by opening an associate office in Bahrain. The Company is actively pursuing a policy of expansion overseas in the Middle and Far East.

The Company offers a comprehensive property service. Its clients include many national and international household names including leading retail chains, banks, finance and the legal profession. It has recently been appointed by several overseas Sovereign States to provide property advice in the United Kingdom.
